Skip Bayless The Lakers are a better both ends of the floor basketball team without Luka

Lakers Legend Byron Scott Luka in particular of making 2nd 3rd efforts It's OK to be a guy that's not a very good defensive player 1 on 1 but you got to be a better team defensive player If you look at the roster they can score but me and you both know that don't win Championships

Bill Simmons on the Lakers It couldn't be Luka's team if LeBron was there A lot of white guys They fit right in in Slovenia

Laker Legend Byron Scott Kobe Bean Bryant said a long time ago and he said this about James Harden at the time and I think its almost fitting that it fits Luka as well He said you cannot win a championship playing that style of basketball Luka is the same player

Jeff Teague says James Harden is a greater scorer than Luka I think James scored easier than Luka They both hold the ball the whole time James is just able to manipulate the defense way easier

Lowe Are we a year removed from the Men's Health cover of Luka That was a monumental moment in Luka history and he was in better shape last year and he still missed time with leg injuriesincluding in the playoffs This was obviously the Mavericks' fear when they made an objectively insane trade

Laker Legend Byron Scott says Lakers are pretenders Defense wins championships still in this league At the end of the day you got to get stops right Kessler at the center position he better average about 8 blocks a game because they're going to be getting a lot of blow-bys
