Ernie Did you expect Detroit to have the best record in the East Chuck I thought they would be - they were almost there last year so I thought they'd be in the top - right at the top yes Ernie They were sixth last year Chuck No but they were gonna get better is my point

Underrated what-if Ernie DiGregorio led the league in assists as a rookie and was one of the most creative passers to ever play Bob Cousy called him the best playmaker alive and the only player who reminded him of himself

Goodwill I think theres a lot of people within the Pistons organization that hold Ausar Thompson as the second best player on this team and not Jalen Duren even though Duren made the All-Star team And that affects these negotiations with Duren

When Charles Barkley was 54 he told TNT he planned to retire at age 60 but he remained with TNT for 2 more years so they could get a new NBA deal but they failed to do so on retiring Me and Ernie are a package deal so right now unless Ernie changes his mind next year is my last year 100

Marc Spears on Jalen Duren The Pistons they're focused on bringing him back I just hear that Jalen it's not about money right now He feels disrespectedthere's a black cloud going into campthey gotta try to fix it and I don't know if they can in time

Road Trippin Jalen Brunson We have all these people telling us how great we are we won in New York and everyone in New York is up on their high horse everyone saying the best things about us even though middle of the year they were probably saying the worst as well when we were 2-9

Kevin Durant The last time they put three 20-point scorers on a team they said it was unfair which was the team I was on They have got four 25-point scorers on this team So hell yeah theyre gonna be contenders Gonna be a great team to watch
